Balloons le Grá is run by Kevin and Christina Ross, who together oversee the business with a hands-on, practical approach.

Kevin deals with all corporate and wedding projects, as well as online orders, social media, website operations, and accounts, ensuring planning, systems, and administration run smoothly behind the scenes.

Christina oversees the day-to-day operations, including in-store activity, customer care, and order coordination, stock ordering, making sure each order is prepared accurately and delivered on time.

They are supported by the BLG team, who assist with in-store service, balloon preparation, and event support. Working together, the team ensures clear communication, consistent standards, and a reliable experience across all orders and events.
